1. Introduction and Agreement Acceptance

3.3 Capacity and Authorization

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement; (b) you are not subject to any legal incapacity or disability that would impair your ability to use Services; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party; (d) you are not an employee, contractor, or affiliate of sga404 or any of our service providers; and (e) you are not a professional sports player, coach, referee, or official whose betting activity could create conflicts of interest or undermine sports integrity.

3.4 Restricted Persons

The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from creating Accounts or using sga404 Services:

• Persons with outstanding debts or obligations to sga404
• Persons who have had previous Accounts closed for Terms violations
• Employees and immediate family members of sga404 or our service providers
• Professional athletes, coaches, referees, and sports officials in sports on which we accept wagers

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation Process

To access sga404 Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and creating secure login credentials. You may maintain only one (1) Account with sga404. Creation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

sga404 operates under strict regulatory requirements mandating comprehensive Player identity verification. Within 72 hours of Account creation, or before processing your first withdrawal (whichever occurs earlier), you must complete KYC verification by submitting clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo Identification: Indonesian KTP (National Identity Card), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence (dated within past 3 months) showing your full name and current residential address
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identification document next to your face for facial recognition verification

Your Account will remain in restricted status with limited functionality until KYC verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification procedures at our sole discretion, particularly for high-value transactions or suspicious activity patterns.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. You agree to immediately notify sga404 Customer Support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.

sga404 employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure authentication protocols, and regular security audits. However, you acknowledge that internet-based services carry inherent security risks, and you accept responsibility for implementing reasonable security measures on your devices, including using strong passwords, maintaining updated antivirus software, and avoiding public or shared computers for Account access.

4.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided to sga404 remains accurate, complete, and current at all times. You must promptly update your Account information if your email address, phone number, residential address, or other registration details change. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays processing withdrawals, inability to receive important communications, or Account suspension.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Depositing Funds

sga404 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and other methods displayed in the Deposit section of your Account. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah), and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status as specified in your Account dashboard.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your Account originate from legitimate sources, belong to you personally, and are not derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or financing of terrorism. sga404 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds verification, particularly for large or irregular deposit patterns.

Deposit processing times vary by payment method: bank transfers typically process within 5-15 minutes during banking hours, e-wallet deposits process within 2-5 minutes, and off-hours bank transfers may require up to 24 hours for confirmation. sga404 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may assess third-party fees outside our control.

5.2 Withdrawing Funds

You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance (excluding any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) at any time, subject to successful KYC verification and these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to your verified Indonesian bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah), and maximum withdrawal limits are specified in your Account settings based on your VIP tier status.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval for verified Accounts. VIP tier members enjoy expedited processing: Gold tier within 12 hours, Platinum tier within 6 hours, Diamond tier within 2 hours. Withdrawals requested during weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience delays due to banking system limitations outside our control.

sga404 reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures before approving withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000, or withdrawals from Accounts with irregular activity patterns. Such verification may include video call identity confirmation, additional document requests, or source-of-funds verification.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time (1x turnover requirement) before requesting withdrawal. Deposits not subjected to genuine betting activity and immediately withdrawn will be declined, and your Account may be flagged for investigation. We reserve the right to impose higher turnover requirements or decline withdrawals where we reasonably suspect money laundering or financial crime.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Incentives

6.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

Players suspected of systematic bonus abuse may be permanently banned from receiving future promotional offers. All bonus-related decisions by sga404 management are final and non-negotiable.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third-party websites are governed solely by such websites' terms and conditions and privacy policies. We disclaim all liability arising from your use of third-party content or websites accessed through our Services.

9. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

9.1 Suspension and Closure by sga404

sga404 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (c) you are under 21 years of age; (d) you are engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (e) you are located in a prohibited jurisdiction; (f) your Account poses security, compliance, or integrity risks; or (g) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon Account closure, you forfeit all bonus funds, pending bonuses, loyalty points, and promotional benefits. We will process withdrawal of your remaining real-money Balance (if any) following deduction of any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to sga404, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with applicable regulations.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process withdrawal of your remaining Balance and permanently deactivate your Account. Voluntary closure does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure. 10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11. General Provisions

11.2 Severability
